TotalEnergies SE is one of the world's largest energy multinationals, operating all along its industry’s value chain.
The French company is actively decarbonizing its portfolio, aiming to supply 70 percent of its power output from renewables by 2030. While investing in solar and wind, it is also repurposing coal-fired infrastructure to burn advanced black pellets.

NORTHERN TIMBER MANAGEMENT
Timber Transportation
Headquartered near Power Wood Canada Corp’s pellet plant in La Crete, Northern Timber Management specializes in forestry, logging, biomass management and transportation services.
The company operates an expansive fleet of more than 500 vehicles and pieces of industrial equipment.
Its hundreds of employees work through frozen winters to ensure timber harvesting, chipping, reclamation and biomass production can continue across Western Canada.

North America Logistics
The Canadian National Railway Company (CN) is Canada’s largest rail company and critical to trade across North America.
CN Rail transports diverse freight including grain, petroleum, chemicals and consumer goods across an extensive 20,000-mile network with terminals on three coasts: the Atlantic, the Pacific, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Power Wood relies on CN Rail to carry its offtake of advanced black pellets for export from tidewater on each seaboard.
